AGAIN: The Senior Preferred Stock Purchase Agreement is not a law. The SPSPA is an illegal contract, The Charter Act is the Law.

Conservatorship is one of them. Our rights were transferred to the conservator, FHFA. Tolling begins the day conservatorship ends.
