That doesn't mean the kid is a genius. He just took hopes and dreams and likelihoods and guesstimates this is a good bet.

Now, if it was a real investment company putting out a letter, it might carry more weight, but Ackman and Hindes newsletters don't move a needle, either.

Thousands of posts since the relevant court cases and yet it seems only a select few understand the outcomes here are limited. This 20 year old kid is not one of the select few, neither is Hindes, Howard and the like.

The most over looked factor is that the government has a legal duty to maximize recovery for taxpayers. Taxpayers, not shareholders.

And with that said, there is only one true likely outcome.

As Bradford likes to say "commons have no security". Well, commons have no security in any publicly traded company, in conservatorship or not.

What will happen to common shareholders, if Treasury follows the law, is a fait accompli.
