Yes potential, if it’s the Concepcion. SFRX has……

NOT proven itself not to be very well versed with salvage law, nor have their shareholders and affiliates.

Of course not being well versed with salvage law isn’t illegal, but disturbing a Spanish vessel without permission is as has been explained to SFRX on numerous occasions by folks at the Bureau.

Their much touted yet unproven research actually led in part to them being shut down.

Good luck at Juno.

I told both Kyle and Tim a long time ago that if they could find a way to truly partner with Spain/Spanish researchers then the door would probably be wide open for them.

Interesting discussion in another forum as one affiliate…….

admits SFRX’s business model, which is to salvage Spain’s cultural heritage, requires Spain’s permission to carry it out.

FINALLY, the lights came on!

To date, SFRX has made no disclosures of such an agreement.

I agree that there could definitely be something worked out with Spain. I would guess that SFRX has thought about this idea also. Maybe more than thought about it.

Please note, SFRX doesn’t need Spain’s permission at Juno. That’s SFRX’s wreck and no one else’s. Spain never made a claim on the big ole ballast pile and the Judge ruled no other claims could be made.

Good luck at Juno, as well as getting permission from Spain for future projects.

Maybe SFRX should spend time and treasure locating their property, then ask Spain for a cut.

Yeah, that should work.
