$MNGG- MERGER FILINGS IN PLAY

We are going to retest .0006+ pps here and FILINGS ARE GOING TO COME OUT over a series of sessions (they alluded to multiple filings) that start to answer the scope of the Lithium merger coming in as well as - what appears to be a 2nd merging entity also.
Not that lithium isn’t amazing- but- DD from prior MMG tweets and info from what appeared to be an industry magazine in Chinese - seemingly suggested two different entities coming together here under the umbrella.

All eyes are on here IMO- for the next sustainable TRIPS breakout on expected fundamentals.
