it lessens the possibility of chapter 11 for the immediate future. IMO, a lot of shorts were betting on that possibility, and now need to cover about 40 million shares...there still is no lead plaintiffs in the various class actions lawsuits filed against the company, which set to expire at the end of july...Maryland went legal on July 1, and sales were good...all thats needed is for the Federal Gov. to ratify the Safe Banking Act, and start the process towards taking MJ off schedule 1 Drug classification... things look bright at this point....Lodas
