Generic Oxy is being filed by August 1 at the latest.

Approval in the FIRST HALF of next year.

I’m hoping the ANDA is approved by end of next year

Generic Oxycontin approval in the Jan-Mar 2024 quarter?

The partial application started the PDUFA date. Didn't know this was possible. Was most likely filed months ago.

Nasrat: "Once we did the insufflation study, we rejoiced because the results were positive and we wanted to make an announcement. But then we learned that there are three other companies that are doing the same thing and we did not want them to beat us to the punch by knowing that we just made an announcement that we're going to file. So we had to be quiet, wait till we filed a partial application to get the PDUFA date going, okay?
