From a pps standpoint it is wiser to invest today than yesterday. And let us not forget, the stock market in general is forward thinking. Drilling for oil is a gamble and not for everyone. Just like the OTC especially, you are either in or out. Players are anticipating good news, at least good enough to consider re-entry for those who are not gamblers that will follow. Early birds get the worm or die trying. Some choose to live life more grand than other investors who tag along for the ride. I am expecting positive developments overall. No crystal ball, no tarot cards, no answer to prayers. Just stubborn faith in myself thanks to the One on Higher ground.
