The company has no control what anyone does with restricted shares when they become restricted! This has Nothing to do with the recent deal that was made I would bet on it! Too short of a time the shares would have been restricted!
You are making generalizations, and you do not know the details of the deals that were made!
The CEO cleared up hundreds of millions of debt. I don’t buy that that was for no reason!
