Well let’s just say HD still has 175,000,000 shares! Do you really think that Frank knew ANYTHING about Mekaddesh (even it’s name) wanting to possibly merger into the JPEX shell knowing he resides on the other side of the country compared to HD where these people basically have worked in his back yard in Texas and have since 2015 and also knowing his wife Carmen had been involved in hispanic radio in that same area for many years herself? That’s a tough sell trying to promote the concept that this was Franks plan all along. And don’t forget that HD is not involved in ANY of Franks other tickers.
