Now - Biden will try and act within a sense of guidelines that this and most SCOTUS will find are legitimate for Executive Action

(and the crazy "hypothetical writer and buyer" case --- argued as I read on First Amendment - should not have passed standing (as there is a phantom client and the plaintiff has never done this work for pay) --- but if a legitimate case is brought ----- the whole issue of first amendment rights - and how far they extend and what can be "regulated" is open to lots of good analysis

the affirmative action case - was a crazy one sided blind decision (to argue for color blindness in 2023 after 100 years of color NON blindness in admissions --- is fantasy justification of continued bias -e.g. legacy admissions for the rich and powerful and multi generational well off)
