It's supposed to be about the SPAC....but for some reason(you know what)..it isn't. This may help move the needle for the SPAC. It is also good knowing the SEC completed part..if not all of it's work. I would suggest part there of ;).

The starting point there was 9-21...and such concluded today. That time span is very normal..and good news regarding getting them :)
