So much to take notes on tomorrow, we better get some good explanations for these moves, why he was taking up all the time needed to figure out alternative financing when we need him out there getting contracts and building our revenues so we don’t go under those loan conditions. Now he gets to continue working without being accountable to any contracts/agreements or call it oversight

Unbelievable how one can't see the forest from the trees. The loan was for $12m. The company paid it off and now owes $3m. Duh.

Reduced debt by $9m and now has a lender with lfew restrictions.
You don't need an MBA to realize this is a very good deal for company and shareholders.
