Nothing has been said in the room that remotely implies that is the plan.
What was said…the audited financials cannot be released until the merger has been announced because the name(s) of the merging entit(ies) are included in the document.
I would take that up with the SEC…let me know how u make out.
I have provided them information on insider trading for years and they simply don’t give a flaming fart. They only want to know if there are material misstatements in the financials. I told them pinks don’t have audited financials and they still didn’t care since they can’t control unaudited statements. Good luck
