Maybe, but I don't think so. It was said in a tweet that they'll meet and conclude things for 3 days. That ends on Saturday. That is why nothing till Monday the soonest or on Wednesday the 5th is more likely.
Tomorrow's announcement: we know the BluNutric team is meeting with the investors group right now. (3 days of meetings as per yesterday's tweet.) They know tomorrow is June 30th, the specific date mentioned in their filings to have the deal done. We've heard no rumors of the deal falling through -- so it must still be on track! So whatever announcement that comes tomorrow should be positive!
