I've been trading longer than you've been alive from the sounds of it.

You can believe EVERYTHING these guys tell you, but after you get a few more years under your belt you'll learn to believe them less and less.

They're not ALWAYS liars, but often they are.

Not calling Rick a liar; he may just be ignorant of how publicly-traded markets & regulators work.

Would render useless a buyback if that happened
