I guess the exception to "rule enforcement" is the paid bashers who can post whatever they want even though their posts violate common sense and logic. These two aren't included in "rule enforcement."

With this new type of ruling, specifically with the twitter no holds barred nonsense, which no one seems to understand yet does not point to Ihub becoming yaboob with chat bots which does the first few judgements and then passes it on to live admin. yaboob doesn't even do that.
