I agree. If Pemex thinks their products are useful, they are useful. They probably needed a JV to sell in Mexico, or, more likely, with a distributor that is already on Pemex's list of approved suppliers (much easier to piggyback on an existing approved vendor relationship than to go through the time and effort required to get on the list directly yourself).

What I would like to see is the timeframe and other details of this contract.
