My only concern is the money the billionaires have to manipulate the stock prices prior to the merger.

Probably related to web3/Digitalization somehow. May likely the start up of their future endeavors. Then bring in Rx. But the share thing still irks me. My bet is that GTC goes back to the otc in in a new shell purchase. No one is buying GTC. IMO. Or they could even go private as they once were. It’s possible existing shareholders could be given bonus shares out of the treasury to let them slip away. Lots of avenues.
