The pro rata share is very good @ approx 50%. So it is not "insignificant."

It could be insignificant , it all depends on the net amount to be distributed.
The % is less significant than the cash amount to be allocated..
The question is 50 % of what??
I have no idea what funds are available for distribution nor do I know the formula used for distributing the cash.
