The best way to let off steam is prove the person wrong on the board using facts.

It works with both bashers and pumpers and there is no need to label them.

Equate harassing PMs to harassing phone calls. If someone keeps calling you to harass you but is more inclined to behave in public if for no other reason than due to public scrutiny, would you continue to allow them to call you or would you block their number?

LOL...Sure. ok. I rarely use it, but there are a few trolls and vile people I'd rather not have stinking up my inbox.

Take away the block/ignore feature from private messages and let posters go on the attack privately...
