Was there some sort of Announcement of Diluting of Shares Having Ended or Will End Soon?

If True that Mullen has Over $235 Million Dollars in Cash, Any Chance that Mullen Might Buy Back a lot of its own Shares in the Open Market? Or Maybe Some Corporate Insiders, or Major Outside Investors, Like Elon Musk, Warren Buffet, or Someone to Buy In Big in spite of the Threat of Delisting?
