Shareholders have been dumping SANP stock from their accounts for the last 3 months. They don't think Frank will do anything worth holding it.

It's overvalued at $.0001, too.

Frank will run out of shares to sell soon then, the A/S will be maxed out. The what? He'll need shares to satisfy notes.

They're at a negative cash position to top it all off.
