The modern internet such as social media, consumer review sites and search engines would not exist without Section 230. It does not immunize websites from their own actionable content, but rather third-party content.

What I am saying is your internal control failures allow Investors Hub to be breeding ground for pump and dumps. While relying on a 230 immunity as a safe harbor is truly disturbing.

I have never claimed to have attended law school. I did go to a school where I learned to not end sentences with a preposition, however.
