Mikah sold their location/ garage. they just recieve a few checks a month Have they paid Elite for the Mikah R&D ? Elite was working on Mikah's Monster ANDAs I dont see a reason to close completely as long as Elite is doing their R&D and receiving half of the Adderral xr $$$$$
Both things could be true. He was winding down Mikah but after Sungen failure; he decided to utilize the Mikah fiefdom to buy out Sungen's share of Adderall to keep it away from an unfriendly and/or foreign corporation.
As you know, the Board has approved the purchase of Mikah's share, but due to the Lannett distribution loss, they decided to first await the result that the company has sufficient funds for the purchase. Shareholders can expect the purchase to be completed pending the Quarter ending in September.
