Simple math? Outside of the Auctus nonsense ,most of this is note payables or convertibles. I doubt any judge is going to let them skate on 4M. They got the cash and spent it! The attorney bros might be great lawyers but are not great business operators and that was very obvious from the public disclosures way before they went dark. You might be able to ink out a quick trade here but the product sales are just not there…not that you care
