Not many agree with me, but I do not think that BAXA has purchased more than four.. Unless they have an unannounced sale or two.

BAXA does have a sorta half-ased obligation to pay for and move the + or - 21 still in storage to the CDEX warehouse.. but they could change their minds..and CDEX has no recourse..they gave up recourses when they agreed to modify and thus nullify the original contrast,, and CDEX lacks the funds to sue them.

Baxa took our Valimed to.. 2 BIG Conventions...the Interplex and the ASHP..and I believe they conducted 1 Star Program before the end of Oct.

They presold more units than Cdex would be able to manhandle installing themselves thus the warehouse sitting there waiting for the installation..I don't think it is as easy as just plugging it in.

In the letter to Baxa Cdex gave Baxa the right to install or the right to tell cdex when they want them to install...so we relaxed that area also..
