CMW can use Rule 144 to delegend his shares and make them free-trading just like the PPers with 12+ month aged shares. CMW can delegend some or ALL of his restricted shares via 144.

CMW can SELL those delegended shares into the market without ever reporting the sales as this turd is now a deregistered, non-reporting Form 15 dark pennyscam.and CMW need nott report his transactions on Forms 3 and 4 anymore.

The only issue he faces is as an insider is that he has a volume limitation on how much he can sell per quarter.
