Lets not lose our short term memories..A while back gasmask pointed out the shell risk got removed without the stock even being pink current.we had no income or material assets then either. .We all asked HOW? Well Ward needs to clean this up again..There are no excuses..
His filings clearly state we are not a shell risk!! signed off by the accountant and attorney..He needs to be contacted ASAP

Judging from the wording that OTC markets is using here, they clearly want to be the ones in control and they dont want to give up any control. They are effectively the government. Try fighting the government, seems pretty darned unfair to me. "sole and absolute discretion" - they are so damned prideful maybe even more prideful that Ward - that would be an interesting battle to play out.
