You have to remember that TTCM, traded shares for services ETC, therefore no actual payment was made. Perhaps if you use the value of stock at close of Business on the date it changed hands would give a more realistic figure, that you suggest.
I believe the only ones who paid a monetary sum are the shareholders who bought trough a broker, And I doubt none of them are selling due to the huge loss they would suffer.
Also I believe TTCM, will move from Arizona to Georgia or as they now claim to be African American to a country in Africa. Probably, Nigeria, Sierra Leon, or one of the others riddled with crime.
