#22379 RE: jufel #22377

Just have to wait and see how this plays out. Then buy or lease the land for the TV towers. Who is gonna buy shares at .004 if they can’t even create volume to buy shares at .0007 as JPEX now becomes a much longer term investment?

“Cell tower costs vary widely, depending on what kinds of deals the constructor has with various vendors. Generally, constructing a tower costs around $200,000 or $250,000. About $150,000 of that is for "civil installation" which includes pouring concrete, the mast and its erection, backup generators, fencing, tiny air-conditioned shack, and security systems”

“On average, the total cost to build a cell tower in the United States is $250,000, while in Western Europe it is $135,000, and in Latin America it is $110,000”
