Since LCYB bought all of the assets leaving only a dead debt ridden shell (BioAmber Inc) saying LCY Biosciences (formerly BioAmber) is fine. LCYB bought everything but the corp and the shares.
That doesn’t change anything for the out of luck former shareholders of FKA BioAmber. BioAmber has been out of business for almost 5 years now.
