It’s generally accepted (but not a hard and fast rule) that stock prices reflect the future nine months for a company. Looked at that way - the way professionals view the stock market - KBLB nine months from now…

Past history can help to predict the future. By studying past events, patterns and trends can be identified that may repeat themselves in the future. This information can be used to make predictions about what is likely to happen in the future.

In addition, the past WAS the future at one point. For example, when KBLB stated that they were ready for "sale and scale" back in 2014, the future looked bright. But now when we look back on that event 8-9 years later, we see that it was a complete FAILURE.
