Or, they found major issues with the prior financials during the acquisition of the new company(ies) and have nothing to say to fix it... which points back to incompetent leadership at best or defrauding investors at worst.
I keep thinking that too. The OS has not changed in 15 months, no dilution whatsoever. I really don’t think they’re going to let this go CE. They’ve done to much work and spent money on filings, lawyers, etc. They have a State Representative or Senator (can’t remember which) as a CEO, who is head of the Transportation committee for Indiana.
