No I don't think they would yet. AFTER receiving all the documents, etc., etc., they would likely take several weeks or even months to cancel the CE. It's not like this is the only CE they are dealing with, let alone whatever other issues with a host of companies that the OTC deals with.
So yea, no magic involved here. Just a long drawn out process that will, in fact, one day end. And I believe that end is coming before this year is out.
