With $MNGG -they hinted at more filings also!

I would presume that would be the remaining filings needed to move to solicited quotes - 15c-211 but almost every Broker now allows purchases - with exception of 2-3 off hand as well as the RM/Acq deal.

Significant MERGER DEAL should be coming here by end of this week so I imagine this will begin the stepladder climb NORTH out of trips and testing key technicals on the chard.
