Either you're right and chan is diluting this til the cows come home and we get orders...

Or he loaded up shares before the split cheap to drop huge news with a far better share structure and push the SP higher.

Those are the options. If you're invested here I'd imagine you'd want option two. If you want option 1 I'm not too sure why you'd be here.
