What did you think of the part that said that the “Settlement Agreement” shall be CONFIDENTIAL because it has confidential information regarding the terms of the settlement…..
I am really STUPID ( no disagreement with that fact). Can one of our smarter posters please help me out here? If two companies agree to drop all charges and walk away……. What can be included in a settlement agreement that needs to remain confidential ….. ? What does “confidential business information regarding the terms of settlement “ mean? Once again, I know that many on the board easily understand all this stuff but I’m a novice when it comes to these legal matters……
