All the focus on 'Dave should be buying his own company stock' seems off. Seems why would he 'need to' when he's acquiring millions of shares as 'gifted' to him by the company anyway. There's plenty other reasons and things to harp on Dave about, where his lack of inside share buying is off target. Many CEO don't purchase their own company stock.
