Case dismissed as predicted. And as I noted on the record prior for the same reasons below.
It was a Hail Mary by a Pro Se. Neither good nor bad as we don't know who the Pro Se is, but sounds like an amateur. Which is a safe bet if it's a Pro Se. It's not an abandoned shell. Clearly when it's reporting. When it went dark, I think that sparked the idea that maybe they could get conservator-ship based on the fact that it must be abandoned if it went dark. Which is plausible and a logical case to make, but I don't think a Judge would grant it for such a short period of time. Who knows for sure. At least it was a valid case to be made. But regardless, once they are reporting again, that removes all doubt. They were able to get the lights back on just in time. So, in a way it's also a market force to force them to spend money reporting as their punishment for not providing. So that they continue to bleed profusely until they provide. It's built-in blackmail for a market force, so I approve. Your strengths are that you have no decay of value in your shares like an option and zero costs. So hunker down and wait them out. They can't hold their breath forever. Anything they do to us they do themselves. We hold the trump cards. Just watch your backs. You can see how their behavior has been all year. Don't ever forget that when they ask for your trust.
But, for the record, if the Mob had our own appointed Judge in there, he would have been granted full control of this shell. As just punishment. Unfortunately, this Judge isn't on our payroll so that court is going strictly by law. LOL

Let the record also reflect that my own personal pending order has been cancelled. I gave up for the time being. I started raising it a fraction of a penny more than the bid. Every time I do, he raises it a fraction over mine. We had a fight up to the .004s. So, somebody wants shares at the bottom. He/she was able to get a very, very small amount. So, I'd advise nobody give him what he wants. Since he won't let me have it at .002. But, I'll be watching him and if he slips up, I'll move in ahead of him so he better not go down. If he were standing in front of me, he'd be shackled up and put into our dungeon. I wonder if Noble Roman is hiding him some where, that elusive bastard.
