Definitely an interesting ticker here. If Auditor can prove company is clean then has nothing to do with OTCM now they will go SEC Reporting. I'm not disagreeing about CE still possible but once F10 clears SEC comments, it's out of the question. Previous management stepped down, it seems.

I'm playing this with money I can afford to lose, but at this level there is not much to lose. There are CE tickers with worse SS that trade higher price. So there are the apples.
