'Grace Period' is 14 calendar days.
A day more or less isn't going to matter anyway. Once this hits end of June its over and the exodous will begin. Investors aren't going to hold their shares if this goes to the warning grace period as delisting is then imminent and this will become almost impossible to get any volume.
