Not quite sure what you mean, but if you go to Lannetts product page you will see both tabs and caps being made by both company's at the same time. ODD

So at first glance, it tells me, they are using left over API, from Elite, to complete the run, but that should have been done months ago, unless they made a deal with the FDA, because of the nation wide shortage, which if OK, by me, but will we get paid from Lannett, now that they are in BK. That is the question ?

Can’t imagine that would be coming from Elite directly. Sounds like Lannett is burning through remaining inventory.
