Once an OTC stock hits that no-bid/$0.0001 (bid/ask) PPS, prayer and patience are the only remaining options; at this point, I doubt either would work in the case of $GTEH. Rest assured however, as the CEO has found the time recently to post irreligious and political drivel instead of restoring confidence in long-term shareholders.
