99% of the CC's have been held at 11:30 AM EST.

The only times they weren't is when there were extenuating circumstances.

1. Elite always files their 10-Q/10-K on the latest day allowed by law.

2. Elite always holds a CC the next business day.

3. 99% of the time the CC is held at 11:30 AM EST.

If it was at 4:30pm instead of earlier, I’d probably be more concerned.
