This is still a public company and thus, the shareholders are entitled to news and updates. Even if posted on their website. An 8-K is usually one way of doing so. I can understand the dollar amounts keep secret but, this company has been surviving on their shareholders supporting them up to almost eleven years, waiting for monetizing their patents. If any damages and licensing agreements have been established, the shareholders are entitled to know. And the PPS would appreciate ten fold. IMHO
The optics just don’t look too good right now. IMHO
