BISA has over $4,000,000 in debt. We’d have to reorganize and redo/restructure the debt without going to bankruptcy court. Otherwise, the equity would be wiped out.

Back to BISA….that heavy debt load is terrible.

Maybe I’ll give you a slight and small discount for my merchandise. And finally back to ACCR,,,,I was conned into selling my control block of 160,050,000 shares for $25,000. The actual deal was for $50,000 where he was supposed to pay the rest of my audit bill with Borgers CPA. I’m still getting late bills like the Registered Agent still send me a $100 bill for the last 2 years unpaid. The only reason why I did the deal,,,was because he promised me on the phone a $100,000,000 done deal merger for my shareholders. I believed in that phone call only because the Attorney wrote up the deal and we did the transaction in March 2021.

I let my shareholders and my market maker down. But under my leadership I returned to my Shareholders a grey $.0002 stock company into a $.05 return. Under the new leadership….there is a return of $.05 to $.0022.

I have to go now LUCKY…..No more looking back. Time to focus and find an abandoned new shell to takeover.
