I’m not an attorney but, isn’t this the reason in the first place, someone would want to acquire VPLM’s patents? To pursue the remaining infringers to generate revenue. If these were unrelated lawsuits, I’d agree with you.

Just a thought, maybe a few of these companies are joining together to acquire VPLM’s patents.

I’ll say this, this has taken on a life of its own. It’s getting stranger and stranger each week,

First we have a 45 day stay with an agreement in principle, then get not only the NDCA cases dismissed, which includes both the pending Alice Motion, IPR’s and then the favorable’606 claim decision. Now, Samsung case is dismissed with prejudice. WITH NO NEWS AND UPDATES. 8-K?

Now, Emil’s wife is selling and the PPS continues to decrease. If the PPS was in the $.20+ range, we’d all be elated and excited and probably drinking right now.

Now, there’s rumor Emil’s family is in Italy. Do we even know if this is true or not. I’d gather it isn’t.

Normally in the case of a "buyout" OR a "VPLM merger as AMZN's IP subsidiary", the buyer Corporation checks all pending litigations against, financial reports and SEC filings, and history (beyond the "Discovery process"), etc. But outsiders do not have a clue if this is the reason why VPLM is "clearing the deck". Did any issues come up during discussions with AMZN that required this action?

Only items outsiders expect to know are: results of AMZN "meet and confer" discussion/agreement due 45 days, final scheduling of the impending trials of TMUS and VZ

From past history of VPLM IPR's the argument before PTAB is supposed to begin soon (if they were not cancelled) and the results to be announced early 2024. So far VPLM won 20 out of 20 IPR's. Then, why all these dismissals?
