He's running out of others peoples money.
Many have been hoping he makes some money. Assume the IRS debt he left behind at ECOB while HE was CEO sure is on their radar. Can't bankrupt a public company and hide, hell an old beancounter found him ??
Probably why he's not any part of company management because of his baggage and assume the Ralstons want no part of his past and his SEC flags.
Gonna be interesting to watch.
