That video says nothing about their fundraising for the Pirate Barge with a Form D or how that publicly traded company with a gold mine in Mexico has lost $38 million and 99% of its value. Nope, it's just a family of plucky entrepreneurs working hard, welding together a boat, and living the American Dream......OPM!!!

That video looks to be illegal.

Wildcat is conducting a Rule 504 offering. They are prohibited from ANY public solicitation or advertising for the company or the offering while the offering is underway. Since that video has the name of the Company on the video and is clearly an advertisement, it is almost certainly illegal.

Someone might want to send that video over the SEC as a "heads up" that Wildcat LLC is breaking the law.
