go on youtube - for an agri-tech to not have ONE video showing of the technology or usage is ridiculous. Not 1 iota of the framework in place.
CTO is almost non-existent. The gentleman i found has a small team and is not well known and I hardly believe he and that small team is running a billion dollar network.
why would a growing company looking to expand offer cash dividends in the first place? They have no other use for that cash - you know to forward their plans? Seems like a marketing ploy to bring more money in.
